Installing Spring IDE errors, displayed alternatives wont install Spring IDE

    Description

      steps:

      1. ASSERT: have "Software/Update" tab in central opened
      2. EXEC: select "Spring IDE" and hit "Install/Update"

      Result:
      Installation cannot proceed, an alternative is searched:

      The original error is 

      Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
