Make the Hibernate version fixed on the create configuration console page of the create hibernate configuration file wizard

When creating a hibernate configuration file using the wizard and after checking the 'create configuration console' option, the console creation page contains a dropdown to select the hibernate version. This dropdown should be disabled and the same version that was chosen on the create file page should be selected.
