Openshift 3 Server Adapter unusable with 100 projects

      1. Create a connection to an openshift cluster in which you have access to close to 100 projects or more
      2. This in itself will take a long time but you can cancel and still use other features of the Openshift integration (e.g. port forwarding)
      3. Now try to create a Server Adapter for an Opensfhit service. The wizard tries to load projects and services again and takes up to an hour before the dialog window shows up.

      With 100 projects available in the Openshift cluster (3.9) it can take more than an hour to load the Server Adapter wizard while the "Loading projects and services ..." message appears in the progress View.
