bump version of jbosstools-build-sites to 4.10 and inherit from parent pom version

Forgot to bump the version of the poms in jbosstools-build-sites repo, despite using the latest parent pom.

Solution: remove all the explicit <version> tags and ensure the version of poms is inherited from parent pom.
