Reduce number of cdk integration tests due to too many usage of developers.redhat.com

During the sprint end there were recorded spikes for both developers.redhat.com site (submits) and download manager itself (requests), all of this resulting in possible statistical bias of numbers connected to these two entities. Take steps to avoid this bias:

• Reduce number of runs of cdk.x.itests
• Let maintainer of DM (download-manager) know to filter this traffic (based on user name account used for testing purposes) (devsuite and my testing account)
• Inform on devtools-team subscribers about the issue.
