New application wizard: fails to create a new adapter if I switch cdk

1. ASSERT: have minishift 3.1.1 running
2. ASSERT: have an application running that you created from eap64-basic-s2i (or nodejs-mongo-persistent)
3. ASSERT: have a server adapter for your application
4. EXEC: in the cmd-line:

• kill your existing cdk (minishift delete, remove ~/.minishift etc)
• setup new cdk (ex. 3.2.Alpha1)

1. EXEC: in Eclipse: create new connection, then create a new application using the same template
2. EXEC: when asked if you want to create a server adapter, say yes

Result:
No adapter is created.
