Write jenkins plugin for better user interactions with openstack slaves

Plugin should offer an action to copy openstack slave IP, or open the openstack web console.

Further enhancement may be that on linux slave it detects running vnc session and copies the port number, or returns the command to connect to the slave via vnc.
