Integration tests: OpenNewConnectionShellTest will fail if a connection exists in the workspace

OpenNewConnectionShellTest will fail in a non-empty workspace where there's a connection that exists. This is because a test tries to hit the "New Connection" link in the explorer which is only displayed if there's no connection.
