New application created by JBDS cannot specify "medium" or "large" size.

      1. Start to create OpenShift 2 application
      2. (Sign in to OpenShift) Click "Next >"
      3. (Existing or new application) Select any application and Click "Next >"
      4. (Create a new OpenShift Application) Gear profile Choose "medium" or "large" and Click "Finish"

      Actual result:

      • The new application is created as "small" gear size

      Expect result:

      • The new application is created as "medum" or "large" gear size

      • NOTE: This issue is critical if the users environment doesn't allow to create small gears. Since they cannot create any application via JBDS.
