      • Download JBoss Developer Studio 10.0.0.GA
      • Add JBoss EAP 6.4 runtime to the studio.
      • Unzip attached test-project.zip into workspace
      • In Studio, use import existing projects wizard to import test-ejb and test-ear projects into workspace
      • Double-click the server in Servers view, select "Deployment" tab and choosed Filter by: "Deployed". Observe that the module list becomes empty.
      • Add test-ear to the server, right-click on the server and select "Clean". Observe that although test-ear got deployed, the list is still empty. (I know, it is still technically waiting for deployment but I've verified nothing changes after the server is successfully started with another project)
      • Observe that "Refresh Table" button doesn't work either.

It is impossible to select "filter by" dropdown or press "Refresh Table" on the deployment tab of ServerEditor in JBoss Developer Studio when anything is deployed. I think it should be possible to change filter configuration but do not edit the table itself. Otherwise, both "Refresh" button and some of filter options becomes useless. See Steps to Reproduce for more details.
