Explorer: Pod is not refreshed (watch problem with new ohttp based rest client)

      ASSERT: have two Openshift projects called test-0 and test-1.
      EXEC: activate the Eclipse trace for org.jboss.tools.openshift.core
      EXEC: expand both projects in Openshift explorer to start the watch on those projects
      ASSERT: in the Eclipse log, you should see connected events for all of the test-0 resources types but only one event for the test-1 project
      EXEC: deploy an application if the test-1 project, wait until it's ready
      EXEC: expand the Openshift explorer so that the pod is displayed
      EXEC: using the Openshift Web Console, delete the running pod, a new one will be created
      ASSERT: look back at the Openshift Explorer, the pod is not being refreshed
