Associate ftlh and fltx file extensions with the FreeMarker editor

    Description

      Currently only ftl is associated with it. 2.3.24 added support for using ftlh and ftlx extensions to indicate that the output will be HTML or XML respectively, and to enable auto-escaping for them.
