Application wizard: project without git remote is initially decorated with a "required" decorator, not the warning decoration

      1. EXEC: Select Configure > Deploy to OpenShift
      2. ASSERT: Connection dialog shows up
      3. EXEC: select your connection, hit "Next"
      4. ASSERT: template and project selection page shows up

      Result:
      Finish is disabled (correct) but Eclipse project name is decorated with a "*" (that normally indicates required fields) that has a tooltip that tells you to select a template.

      Once you select the template, the correct decoration and warning for the project shows up
