have the openshift and properties opened side by side

select a service, properties should update

select a resource in the properties view, it shows 2 parts: the resources list and a details part below

resize the properties view -> the details part disappears. Now way to scroll down.

OpenShift properties view doesn't scale properly on resize:

Only workaround is to make the properties view fullscreen to display the details part.
