Steps to Reproduce:

create an openshift 3 connection

create an eap application on openshift

create a server adapter

in the servers view, click on the debug button after selecting the server

open the debug view, check the remote debugger is attached eventually,

click on the stop button of the server
=> the remote debugger process should be terminated in the debug view

When stopping an openshift server, the remote debugger should be terminated as well. It is not.
