Go in Preferences, Server->Runtime Environments

Click Add..

Select Jboss Enterprise Application Platform 7.0 Runtime or Jboss Fuse 6.2 and then Next

Click the link "Download and install runtime"

Select a version and click next

Click on Add.. to fill your credentials, then Next

the page displayes: "It is no longer possible to accept terms and conditions in the wizard. Please, use following link instead!"

use the link and log in on the targeted page, you wil lhave a message:
"You Entered All Necessary Information
Thank you for filling all necessary information. Now you can go back to Eclipse and retry your download of /jboss-eap-7.0.0.Beta.zip."
--> try to go back and forth
--> the Country list stays empty, the Accept Now button stays greyed out and the Next/Finish button stays disabled too
