1. Create JSF 1.2 Kick Start project
2. Open inputUserName.jsp in VPE Visual/Source tab
3. Open WIndow > Preferences > JBoss TOols > Web > Editors > Visual Page Editor and check "Show resource bundles usage as EL expression"

ERROR: Visual part of VPE is not displaying resource bundles usage as EL expression for example #

{Message.prompt_message} expression is displayed as "Name:" string

4. Open VPE preferences again and click on OK button to close Prefences dialog.

ASSERT: Now visual part of VPE is properly displaying string "#{Message.prompt_message}

The same apply when unknown tag is added to page and check box "Show border for unknown tags" is checked/unchecked. Current value of check box is displayed properly only after Preferences dialog is reopened
