Projects wizard: removing all projects makes explorer show an empty child for connection

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have a v3 connection in explorer
      2. EXEC: pick "Manage Projects" from context menu
      3. EXEC: Remove all projects
      4. EXEC: Close wizard

      Result:
      The explorer shows an empty line for the connection.

      The very same also happens if you create a new project as reported in duplicate JBIDE-20310
