Explorer: if I cant connect error wont tell me, it states "Exception listing resources"

      1. ASSERT: have an OpenShift v3 server that you can shut down so that Eclipse cant connect
      2. ASSERT: make sure that you have a connection to this server in Explorer
      3. EXEC: unfold the connection to this server

      Result:

      The error that is shown wont tell you why listing the resources failed.
