Red Hat moved - affects license notices

rfontana1@redhat.com pointed out in a mail thread that Red Hat address moved thus our current feature license text/snippet should be updated:

open source licenses (or aggregations of such licenses), which in a
particular case may include the Eclipse Public License, the GNU Lesser
