Connection wizard: authentication form disappears when checking server type

      1. EXEC: Open connection wizard dialog.
      2. EXEC: Set the server type to "OpenShift 3"

      OR:

      1. EXEC: Open connection wizard dialog.
      2. EXEC: Set the server type to "<Automatic>" and input a v3 server url
      3. EXEC. Click the "Check Server Type" button.
      4. ASSERT: It can check the server type to v3, but the username and password disappear.

      result:
      In the step 3, the username and password disappear again.

      If I change the server type from "<Automatic>"to "Openshift 2", or change from "Openshift 2" to "Openshift 3", The username and password doesn't disappear.
