Explorer: connection is not refreshed after it was edited

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have at least 2 accounts on OpenShift Online
      2. ASSERT: in OpenShift Explorer: make sure that you have 1 of these listed
      3. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your connection and pick "Edit Connection" in the context menu
      4. EXEC: in Connection wizard: change username and password and hit "Finish"

      Result:
      The OpenShift Explorer still shows the connection with the labelling and children (domains and applications) as it was before editing it

      Expected result:
      The OpenShift Explorer should update the connection label, remove the children and replace them by "Loading". Once the loading is finished the children of the updated connection should be shown
