Steps to Reproduce:

This applies to JBoss AS 7.1.1, WildFly 8.1 or EAP 6.x:
1. Add your server using runtime detection
2. Make sure the server will use oracle java 7 (AS 7.1.1 + java 6 does not fail this way)
3. In the server editor, change the hostname to your hostname address (ip address does not reproduce this issue), save
4. Start the server
5. You can check that the server console looks alright and $hostname:8080 works in a browser
6. Server is still Starting... in the server view - FAIL

Previously, Rob fixed this:

I've surprisingly been able to replicate this and it's a race-condition. I'll need to synchronize some variables in this class here.

But in this rare case it still fails for me.
