Server adapter: Switching between workspace without and with OpenShift server adapter cause invoking connection dialog

      ASSERT: Have workspace without OpenShift server adapter and workspace with a OpenShift server adapter and related project.
      ASSERT: Be in workspace with the OpenShift server adapter.
      EXEC: Open the OpenShift server adapter (Open from context menu or double click)
      ASSERT: OpenShift server adapter details are opened.
      EXEC: Switch to the workspace without OpenShift server adapter.
      EXEC: Switch to the workspace with the OpenShift server adapter.

      RESULT: At first Connection dialog is opened, workbench shell is opened after completing/closing this connection dialog.
      EXPECTED RESULT: Workbench shell is opened.

      Switching from workspace without OpenShift server adapter to workspace with opened details for OpenShift server adapter opens connection dialog (credentials) before opening workbench. After canceling/completing this connection dialog, workbench shell is opened.
