EXECUTE: Open Seam(default) Perspective
EXECUTE: Open Web Projects View
EXECUTE: Right mouse click on WebContent->pages
EXECUTE: New->File->JSP
EXECUTE: Input file Name > Press Next button> Press Finish button
ASSERT: File will be created and opened in Editor
EXECUTE: Delete created file
EXECUTE: Right mouse click on WebContent->pages
EXECUTE: New->File->JSP
EXECUTE: Input file Name > Press Next button> Press Finish button
FAILURE: Error message will be occur.
