Remove option Add RestEasy Jars from Simple Web Service dialog

      The option "Add RESTEasy Jars from root runtime directory" could be used when the Simple Web Service wizard handled creation of JAX-RS service. The JAX-RS wizard was extracted out so the option should be removed.
