When we start aggregating the N&N for an upcoming version, the page appears in http://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools, but there's no label yet, because there's no entry for that version in 'products.yml' since it's not been released yet.
In that case, there should be a "Nightly" label and no link to download (that's already the case)
