Explorer: "New" submenu is missing or misplaced

      The following steps wont always work to reproduce the issue. Need further investigation to find out what makes this occurr.

      1. ASSERT: have at least 1 connection in OpenShift Explorer
      2. ASSERT: make sure you have OpenShift explorer opened and active relaunch Eclipse
      3. EXEC: invoke context menu on your connection (dont select anything upfron, directly go for context menu).

      Result:
      Upcoming context menu is completely missing the "New" submenu
