1. Open HTML5 central project wizard 2. select runtime requirement and hit "download and install" 3. set Download folder on last page to some nonexisting location 4. error is shown "Download folder does not exist or is not writable. It will be created for you." FAIL: finish button is disabled. This works if install folder is also set to nonexisting - in this case only warning is displayed and finish button is enabled
