Application wizard: when pushing new application/existing application there's no commit dialog

      1. EXEC: launch new application wizard and create a new application
      2. EXEC; once the cloning is done you get asked if you want to publish the new app back to OPenShift (since the wizard did some merging in the .gitingore)
