In the Download Hybrid Mobile Engine wizard, user can pick version and then click OK. The window closes and I assumed this would download Cordova for me. But nothing happens because I didn't also pick a platform in the wizard. This workflow cases user confusion.

The OK button should be disabled until user has selected at least one platform.
