Add m2eclipse-egit 0.14.0 to the TP

Reason:
m2eclipse-egit 0.14.0 was mirrored to to be included to the JBDS installer (JBDS-2943).
We need to add it to the JBT TP so that it gets automatically installed when users install our JBoss Maven Integration feature (JBIDE-16574)
