New runtime pre-sets path to previous runtime's location

      1) new server wizard in clean workspace
      2) select eap 6.1+
      3) Select local profile, verify checkbox is checked, runtime combo has "New..." selected
      4) click next, fill out runtime page normally
      5) finish
      6) create new server wizard again
      7) verify runtime combo pre-selcted to existing runtime
      8) change runtime combo to "New..."
      9) click next,
      10) ensure Home Directory is empty (FAIL)

      The Home Directory will be pre-set to the previous runtime's path.

      When you a server (e.g. EAP 6.2) with a new runtime, but a runtime of the same type is already present, the dialog will pre-fill the path to the existing runtime's location. I think it should be empty.
