Domain wizard: Case of field "Domain name" needs changing

In the create new domain wizard and edit domain wizard, there is a field 'Domain name'. For consistency across OpenShift wizard field names, the second word should also start with an upper case letter, so 'Domain Name'.
And we should also have the label ending with a ":".
