Cannot install Arquillian tools from Beta1 onto Eclipse Luna

Using http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/staging/JBossTools-4.2.0.Beta1.core/ on Luna M6 JEE install I get this error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Arquillian support (Experimental) 1.1.1.Beta1-v20140321-1200-B11 (org.jboss.tools.arquillian.feature.feature.group 1.1.1.Beta1-v20140321-1200-B11)
Missing requirement: Arquillian Feature 1.1.1.Beta1-v20140321-1200-B11 (org.jboss.tools.arquillian.core 1.1.1.Beta1-v20140321-1200-B11) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.m2e.profiles.core 1.5.0' but it could not be found

Looks like we don't have all of m2e in our TP.

Why are we then able to build it ? :/
