web.xml file of JSF project with Servlet version 3.1 is not opened with JBT XML editor

      1. Create JSF project with Servlet version set to 3.1
      2. Open web.xml editor of created project
      ASSERT: web.xml file is opened with JBoss Tools XML editor
      ERROR: web.xml file is opened with XML editor

      For web.xml file of JSF project with Servlet version set to 3.0 it works fine
