Application wizard: application type is not stored/restored from preferences

ASSERT: make sure you created at least once an application with the application wizard (so that the application type, that you've chosen was stored to the preferences) EXEC: launch application wizard EXEC: verify to what type the application type combo is set Result: The application type is not set, the combo empty. Expected result: The application type should be set to the last type the user was using.
