Create new _42 jobs and reconfigure _master to use Luna, not Kepler

    Description

      Need to spawn copies of the _master jobs which will build from the jbosstools-4.2.* branches which we'll create for each code freeze.

      Need to also update the _master jobs to build w/ Luna, not Kepler.

      And we need a new Jenkins view to house the new jobs.
