Application wizard: Cannot create application with environment variables: button not viisible

      1. ASSERT make sure that you have an account on an OpenShift instance that supports environment variables (ex. openshift.redhat.com
      2. ASSERT make sure that you have a domain
      3. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your connection (NOT the domain) and pick from context menu New->Application
      4. EXEC: once in the application wizard hit "Advanced" and see if there's a button "Environment Variables..."
