Requirement is to not have any EAP/AS runtime configured 1. open HTML5 project wizard from central ASSERT: EAP/AS runtime requirement is not met 2. hit download and install button and choose AS 7.1 3. after the download is completed check that AS runtime can be chosen from Target Runtime combo box ASSERT: EAP/AS runtime is met FAIL: EAP/AS runtime is not met If you close and open the wizard again, requirement is met.
