update parent pom to 4.1.0.Final / use new parent pom 4.1.0.Final in root poms

    Description

      4.1.0.CR1 parent pom needs to be upversioned to 4.1.0.Final-SNAPSHOT. Then all projects need to adopt the new parent pom in their root poms.
