update jbosstools repositories to use proper jbossbot hook

jbossbot moved to openshift thus webhooks needs updating:

Use: http://jbossbot.flurg.com/jbossbot/%23channel

instead of: http://jbossbot.flurg.com:5150/jbossbot/%23channel

Can be done manually or scripted...
