Upgrade PhoneGap version in the generated application project

      While building sample application generated by Hybrid Mobile (Cordova) Application Project wizard, I got warning:

      This app is using PhoneGap 1.9.0. We will be ending support for 1.9 and below on May 15 -- see our blog post*.

      This app isn't using the latest version of PhoneGap. We recommend upgrading to 2.5.0.

      I suppose we should keep up.
