Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a scalable app with openshift explorer
2. Add db cartridges to this app, like mysql-5.1, postgresql-8.4.
3. Righ-click on this app and do port-forwarding for this app.

Actual results:
It's failed with internal error returned as attached screen shot and track log.

Expected results:
No error returned.
