Text formatting in jQuery Mobile wizards preview is erroneous in Windows.

Resize sensitive formatting was implemented in JBIDE-14011 and tested for Ubuntu. It turns out that for Windows this method works incorrectly.

Steps:
Start Insert Tag/New Radio wizard form jQuery Mobile Palette.
Check that text in text preview is fitting available area width.
Resize dialog and check that text is still fitting until area width is reasonably large (XML attribute name-value pair are not to be separated).
