Steps to Reproduce:

1. ASSERT: make sure you're using JBoss Tools for OpenShift Stable version - 2.4.1.Final-v20130327-0734-B143. Eventually install from update site http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/juno/.
2. EXEC: Open OpenShift New Application Wizard: File -> New -> Other... -> OpenShift Application
3. EXEC: Provide your access credentials
4. EXEC: Add application name + application type + choose one of the embedded cartridges
5. EXEC: Next -> Next -> Finish

JBoss Tools OpenShift plugin cannot embed add-on cartridges into the application. Embedding fails on the health-check (apparently in China only)
