Forge runtime doesn't interact with eclipse UI.

What doesn't work:

• project is not imported in eclipse
• persistence.xml is not opened in editor
• new entity class file is not opened in editor
• field is not selected, outlined in view
• 'cd #' command doesn't change to workspace directory
• open some.java file dosn't open in java editor [but does open in an external editor on Fedora17]
• open some directory causes nothing to happen in Project Explorer [but does open in an external file browser on Fedora17]
• on standard commands (e.g., mkdir) Project Explorer isn't refreshing
