Can't select target runtime in archetypes wizard

      Create (one or more) server with runtime.
      Try to import arcchetype project from Central ("Start from scratch" section, e.g. HTML5 Project)
      On first page of wizard try to select runtime
      FAIL: Empty combobox, where created runtimes should be.

      Even though servers and runtimes are present in eclipse, there is empty combobox "Target Runtime" on first page of wizard (e.g. for HTML5 Project archetype)
