Add JPP Quickstarts to project-examples-jbds60.xml

As stated by Fred

If you don't want to add a new reference and rebuild the eclipse plugins, then you could use http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-jbds60.xml

So I am going to provide a patch for project-examples-jbds60.xml which will add JPP quickstarts.

I suppose, I should not push the quickstarts' ZIP files to Github. How can I get them to download.jboss.org?
