Disable Port-forwarding when selected multiple OpenShift server adapters

      • ASSERT: Have multiple OpenShift applications imported (at least 2) along with their appropriate server adapter
      • EXEC: Select at least 2 adapters
      • EXEC: Right click - OpenShift - Port Forwarding
      • EXPECTED: Port forwarding is disabled as the other OpenShift Features
      • RESULT: The first connection (that was selected) is picked to port-forward with
